  • Do I need to pay any registration fee on Areno?
  • No, you need not pay any upfront fee on Areno to register. Registration is completely free.
  • Do I get to perform any work-out on Areno for free?
  • Yes, you can perform work-outs using practice challenges for any number of times.
  • Do I get to earn if I perform work-out using practice challenges?
  • Yes, you can earn daily points for working out regularly using practice challenge.
  • What is a streak in Areno?
  • A streak in Areno is the number of consecutive days you have done any activity (workout or minimum steps) in a practice/solo/leaderboard challenge for workout or synced your steps and taken minimum number of steps.
  • How many points will I get to take minimum number of steps, workout regularly or build streaks?
  • What is a Solo challenge?
  • Solo challenges are where you achieve set goals for different workouts and level up with every achieved goal. In this, there is no competition with others, only with yourself and you can go at your own pace.
  • How can I join a solo challenge?
  • You can join Solo challenge levels with points at any time and upon completion of lower level (except level 1)
  • Is there any level that of solo challenge for free users?
  • Yes, some levels are available for free users, for the specific levels please refer to Areno app.
  • What is the duration to cross a level of solo challenge?
  • The duration is usually 7 days for each level but may vary, for the specific duration please refer to Areno app.
  • How much rewards can I win for solo challenges?
  • For each level of each workout, the mentioned reward pts will be awarded. Based on the mentioned milestones, you might win pts even with partial completion of Solo challenge level.
  • What is a leaderboard challenge?
  • Leaderboard challenges are competition-based challenges which require Areno points to be used for participation. These points can be earned through registration, referrals and practice challenges.
  • Why should I participate in leaderboard challenges?
  • Leaderboard challenges are a great way to multiply your Areno points that you have used for participation. You can potentially earn up to 100X of your participation points.
  • What is the significance of end date in a challenge?
  • You cannot start a new attempt for a challenge after the end date has passed however in event you are already in between an attempt when the end date is passed, you will be allowed to complete that attempt and it will be recorded in that challenge.
  • How can I track steps in Areno?
  • Steps can be tracked by visiting your Profile on Areno app and following the mentioned instructions to sync with the respective app on your device.
  • What is the benefit to integrate steps?
  • Integrating steps can help you track your fitness activities in 1 single app, workouts and walking/running. Also, you can win daily pts for completing a minimum number of steps during the day.
  • Where can I see my steps count on Areno?
  • You can view them on Dashboard
  • Do I need to be a subscribed user to sync steps?
  • No, you can sync steps even as a free user. But to be able to view them on our Dashboard and earn daily pts you need to be a subscribed user on Body Boost plan.
  • Can I set daily goals on Areno?
  • Yes, you can set daily goals for Steps, Workout mins and Calories burned. You can track your activity against these set goals on the Dashboard.
  • What happens if I run out of Areno points?
  • You can purchase Areno points by clicking on the cart icon on top right corner of your home screen.
  • When will I get paid?
  • For point challenges, you will be paid in Areno points within 24 hrs after the challenge end date. For daily streaks, you will be paid immediately as soon as you complete the first workout in the day.
  • Why have I not got my referral points yet?
  • If you have referred a user who has registered on Areno, you need to ensure that the referred user does at least 1 workout attempt on any ongoing leaderboard challenge. Only then will both of you get the referral bonus points mentioned on the app.
  • What are my Areno points worth?
  • Your Areno points can be redeemed for cash vouchers or charity. This can be done by clicking on the displayed points in app and then clicking on “Redeem Points”. At present, 1000 pts = Rs. 100 in the app, but this conversion is subject to change and can vary from one voucher to another.
  • Where can I see my completed challenges?
  • The list of completed challenges is visible on your app dashboard or on your profile along with your final rank and points won from the challenge.
  • Where can I mention my Organization code?
  • You can do so by visiting your profile on the app by clicking on your name/profile icon on home screen.
  • How can I remove ads from the app?
  • You can remove ads by purchasing a subscription plan by visiting your profile or clicking on "Remove Ads" on any banner ad shown.
  • Do I need to take a subscription plan to earn from Areno?
  • No, it's not compulsory to take a subscription plan to earn from Areno. But you can earn much more through paid plans on Areno.
  • Why should I take a subscription plan?
  • Through Areno's very economical subscription plans, you get a host of benefits. To see the comparison, visit the "Subscription" section under your profile on the app.
  • How can I purchase a subscription plan?
  • You can do so by purchasing the desired subscription through "Subscription" section under your profile on the app. Your subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store.
  • How can I renew my subscription plan?
  • As your Areno subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store, it will auto renew by itself and your mentioned method of payment would be charged.
  • How can I upgrade my subscription plan?
  • You can do so by upgrading to the desired subscription through "Subscription" section under your profile on the app. Your subscription upgrade and the amount calculation is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store.
  • How can I cancel my subscription plan?
  • As your Areno subscription is managed through Google Play store or Apple App store, you can cancel it directly there or going through the "Subscription" section under your profile on Areno app.
  • Why is my workout not starting?
  • To start any workout, following these steps:
    • Keep the mobile in appropriate position (portrait for squats, high knees and landscape for planks, push-ups)
    • Place the mobile with support of wall or any object
    • Tilt the phone such that the text on camera turns green
    • Come fully within the frame
    • Raise your elbow above your eye level and hold for 3-4 secs
    • The countdown will start for you to get ready
    • Once countdown ends, you can begin your workout
  • Why are my squats reps not getting counted properly?
  • For squats, please ensure the below aspects are followed:
    • Perform squats facing the camera and keeping the mobile in portrait position
    • Keep your knees apart and not joined together
    • Go down fully and come back up fully in standing position
    • Throughout the workout, make sure that your complete body is within the frame
    • Make sure your background does not have too many things
    • Ensure that you are the only person within frame
    • Make sure there is no direct light on the camera and it’s not dark either
    • Avoid any shadow being formed behind you

  • Why are my push-up reps not getting counted properly?
  • For push-ups, please ensure the below aspects are followed:
    • Perform push-ups keeping the mobile camera on your right or left side and not in front
    • Keep the mobile in landscape position
    • Go down fully ensuring your chest crosses the elbow and come back up fully till your elbow is straight
    • Throughout the workout, make sure that your complete body is within the frame
    • Make sure your background does not have too many things
    • Ensure that you are the only person within frame
    • Make sure there is no direct light on the camera and it’s not dark either
    • Avoid any shadow being formed on the floor

  • Why is my plank not counting the time properly?
  • For planks, please ensure the below aspects are followed:
    • Perform planks keeping the mobile camera on your right or left side and not in front
    • Keep the mobile in landscape position
    • Make sure that you are in plank position before the preparation countdown timer becomes 0 or "Go"
    • Throughout the workout, make sure that your complete body is within the frame
    • Make sure your background does not have too many things
    • Ensure that you are the only person within frame
    • Make sure there is no direct light on the camera and it’s not dark either
    • Avoid any shadow being formed on the floor

  • Why are my high knee reps not getting counted properly?
  • For high knees, please ensure the below aspects are followed:
    • Perform high knees keeping the camera on your left or right side and being slightly diagonal towards the camera
    • Keep the mobile in portrait position
    • Lift your left and right knees alternately ensuring that each time knee reaches your waist level
    • Throughout the workout, make sure that your complete body is within the frame
    • Make sure your background does not have too many things
    • Ensure that you are the only person within frame
    • Make sure there is no direct light on the camera and it’s not dark either
    • Avoid any shadow being formed behind you
