Areno Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments, subscriptions, and point purchases made through the Areno App and Areno Platform, operated by Areno Innovations Private Limited ("Areno", "We", "Us", "Our").

By purchasing any service, subscription, or product on Areno, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Terms

Areno offers digital fitness and health services accessible through mobile applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

All payments are processed securely by these respective platforms or other authorized third-party payment gateways.

Areno does not store or directly process payment information such as credit card, debit card, or wallet details.

All purchases are subject to the local currency and taxation laws applicable in your country or region.

2. Subscriptions
No Refund Policy: Once a subscription (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other duration) is purchased, no refund or partial refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Cancellation: Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via the Areno app before the next renewal cycle. The cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Auto-Renewal: If a user fails to cancel the subscription before renewal, the next billing cycle's charge will apply automatically as per the app store terms. Areno is not responsible for delays or errors in cancellation initiated outside its platform.
3. Purchase of Areno Points
• Areno Points (virtual credits or in-app currency) once purchased cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
• All Areno Points are considered final sale, whether purchased directly or through in-app purchase features of Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Refunds cannot be claimed for Areno Points used, expired, or forfeited due to inactivity or account deletion.
• In case of a technical issue where points are not credited after successful payment confirmation, users can contact info@areno.in within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, Areno may re-credit the missing points to your account.
4. Usage of Points
• Once Areno Points are used to register for a challenge, redeem vouchers, or access premium content, such points cannot be refunded or transferred back to the user.
• If a challenge or event is cancelled by Areno due to technical or operational reasons, equivalent points may be re-credited to the user's account within 7–10 business days.
5. Currency and International Transactions
• All pricing displayed within the Areno App or website is in local currency, including any applicable taxes or processing fees, based on the user's country of registration or billing account.
• Refunds, where approved under store policies (e.g., Apple or Google), will be processed in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6. Technical Issues and Duplicate Payments
• If a user experiences a duplicate charge, failed transaction, or non-delivery of paid service, they must contact info@areno.in within 7 business days from the date of payment.
• Areno may request proof of payment (invoice, receipt, or transaction ID). Upon verification, Areno will coordinate with the relevant payment processor to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
